Easy Returns & Exchanges – Submit Your Request Online
To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit https://www.ayasalley.com/return and follow the easy steps to submit your request. It's quick, convenient, and available 24/7 for your convenience.
14-Day Return & Exchange Process
We have a 14 days return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please refer to Return/Exchange Charges section below for any applicable charges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Steps to initiate return or exchange:
- You can submit a return or exchange request by visiting https://www.ayasalley.com/return
- We will arrange a pick-up from the address you provide.
- Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and then give it to our pick-up agent.
- Once your returned item is received by AYA'S, your refund/ new Item/ repaired Item will be processed shortly.
- The whole process takes roughly around 7-10 business days.
Return Charges
We charge a small return fee of ₹100 for all items irrespective of total order value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Items
For any missing item claims, an unboxing video starting from the sealed package is required. Customers must inform us immediately after delivery. Without the video, we will not be able to process the claim.
Incorrect or Different Items
If you receive a product that is incorrect or different from what you ordered, an unboxing video starting from the sealed package is required. Customers must notify us immediately upon delivery. Without this video, we will be unable to process your claim.
Refund for Unaccepted Deliveries
If a successful delivery is attempted but the customer does not accept the order, fails to communicate any delivery-related issues, and requests a refund, a return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange & Return Limitations
We provide one-time exchanges for issues such as size misfit after delivery of the final product. Re-exchanges and returns are not permitted after the first exchange.
Consecutive returns are not allowed. If a customer returns an item and then reorders it, we reserve the right to make the new order ineligible for return.
Repeated Returns/Exchanges
Please note that repeated returns or exchanges from the same customer may be subject to review. Return and exchange requests will be allowed at the sole discretion of the brand. In such cases, the decision taken by the brand will be considered final and binding. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to customers exhibiting excessive or inconsistent return behavior.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
These items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances :-
- Custom ordered products (such as special customized sizes for the jewelry, or personalized items).
- Kadas that develop cracks or damage due to repeated stretching and compression over time are not eligible for return or exchange. This type of handling puts continuous pressure on the hinge area, which can cause the silver to soften and eventually crack. Customers are advised to avoid stretching or compressing the kada to maintain its condition.
- Sale items, gift cards, or third-party app purchases (including purchases made using third-party coupons/discount codes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, you will be receiving a Cashgram link where you can enter the desired bank account details and get the refund credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The whole return pickup to refund process takes roughly 7 to 10 business days.
Warranty Policy
We offer an 8-month warranty on all purchases (unless otherwise stated) made through this website. This warranty does not cover broken or cracked gemstones, jewelry due to mishandling, and plating or polish are excluded, as surface finishes may naturally change over time since silver has a natural affinity to tarnish and change color depending on the external factors.
All our products are finished with high-quality rhodium plating and anti-oxidized alloys, which help minimize tarnishing by up to 80–90%. In case tarnishing does occur, it is usually superficial and can often be cleaned at home using simple methods such as baking soda, toothpaste, or a soft polishing cloth.
We also offer replating and repolishing services, with nominal charges, including two-way logistics, if professional care is preferred.
After the 8-month warranty period, if you experience any issues related to the metal or its finish, AYA’S will be happy to assist you with maintenance services at a minimal cost depending on the condition.
Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products.
